We need some plumbing done to add a washer and dryer and I have had about 10 unreturned phone calls and a no show appointment. You might want to go on craigslist and just look for a handyman. We have done (past tense) our own sheetrock and plaster. I have to say that one of the great things about doing this renovation has been learning how to do all this stuff (my husband brought the know-how to the process with him), so grab a www and dig in, I say!
